The BB Bag for March is themed "In like a lion, out like a lamb." I'm not sure what that means, to be honest. But I was pretty pleased with the items in this bag! It had a toner, a foot peel, and my favorite snail recovery gel!
Total value: $60.47
The card this month is different in that it doesnt open, but is just a flat card like the ones you get in the Mask Maven bags.
Xaivita Goat Milk 3-Step Mask Sheet ($3.50)
For a three-step sheet mask, I thought this was a pretty good value. I'm a big fan of these three step masks because I am very lazy. It's nice to be able to have something that has everything you need. It's especially great for travel, since the ampule and leftover mask serum can carry to over to the next day. I liked this system, but found it was slightly sticky. This mask is supposed to make your skin glow. I don't honestly remember if I felt glowy afterwards, though. I should probably start taking better notes...
Esfolio Daily Goat Milk Toner (16.99)
You get a lot of product at 270 mL. This toner is supposed to give you a brighter and more even complexion. I have been using it and I can't say that I really see that. The liquid in it is thick, which isn't the first time I've encountered a thick toner, but it's still a little off-putting to me, and I don't know why. It has a fragrance, and is kind of strong, but nothing too overpowering.
Esfolio Foot & Heel Peeling Mask ($4.99)
You all know how I love me a good foot peel. This mask is AHA-based, meaning it contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA), which can exfoliate by breaking down the things that hold dead skin cells together. I haven't tried this yet as I've just done a foot peel a little while ago, but you can be sure I will do a full review on it when I do!
A'Pieu Honey & Milk Lip Scrub ($10.00)
First of all, this thing is tiny. It's only 8mL. Second, it's $10.00!!! For this small thing! And let me tell you, it's definitely not worth the money. When I think of honey and milk, I imagine a mild scent, and maybe a slightly sweet taste. You get none of that with this product. I could forgive all that if this actually did what it was supposed to do, but honestly it barely feels like anything is happening when you rub it on your lips. There is very, very, verrrrryyy fine particles in it that feels like super duper fine sand, but you can barely feel it when you rub it on your lips. I don't feel that it is exfoliating at all. Definitely not worth the money if you were to buy it at full price. But if you like unscented, unflavored, un-exfoliating lip products, then this is the one.
Mizon Snail Recovery Gel Cream ($16.00)
This product is $16.00? I swear I've never paid more than $7.00 for it online. I've mentioned it before (especially on my Instagram), but this is one of my favorite products ever. It's my first snail mucin product and is still a favorite. First of all, it's a gel, so it doesn't look or feel slimy. It has no scent, which is a plus. It's not meant to be a stand-alone moisturizer, but you can certainly use it as one if you wanted to. I would be lying if I said I didn't do that on my lazy days. It really helps with redness as well. I'm glad I got one in my BB bag, since I'm about halfway though my current bottle!
Enprani Cleansing Tissue ($8.99)
These smell. They don't smell bad, but they have a very, very strong fragrance. They also leave my skin feeling slightly oily. Not a fan.
I forgot to take a picture of the actual bag, but you can see it a bit in the first image. It's just a nice kelly green color. I like it. Overall I was really pleased with this bag. It's just a bummer that two of the items were not to my liking.
