I wanted something that reflected Spring, so I went with some roses on a peachy background. I did the roses using that swirling method: drop a pink and white dot, swirl them together with a toothpick or dotting tool, and add a darker pink for dimension. The only thing I don't like about that method is that the flowers become like bumps, so you don't get a smooth manicure. But it's a really easy floral technique!
